Questions we often hear
How long does it take to get my land title?
Issuing an individual title for your plot typically takes 1 to 3 months after the subdivision process starts.
How long until my house is finished?
From planning and permits to the completion of your home, most projects take between 12 and 36 months, depending on the design and the permits involved.
Can I move to the region before my house is built?
Yes. Our team can help you find a selected rental property in the area while your home is being built.
How big are the plots and what do they cost?
Plots range from 500 m² to more than 5,000 m². Prices start at R$ 59,000 per plot and depend on size, position and access: the upper domain and the lakeside are priced higher. Construction costs roughly R$ 7,000 to 14,000 per m², depending on the home and its finish. All figures are indicative.
Do you help with visas and relocation?
Yes. We offer a full service from visa to home: relocation, land purchase, legal procedures, permits and construction, with one team as your partner.
Is the estate off-grid?
Not completely. The domain is designed for autonomy, with springs and space to grow food, while keeping modern comforts. We have tested water, internet and access ourselves.
Is this a good short-term investment?
It isn't designed for that. The estate is for people who want to live here, as a primary home, family retreat or second residence, not for quick rental yields or resale.
Can I visit before deciding?
We recommend it. We organise personalised discovery trips to Fortaleza and Guaramiranga so you can walk the land, see the plots and explore the region.
Can a foreigner buy a plot here?
Yes. The plots are urban plots within a reserved area, so the limits that apply to foreigners buying rural land do not apply. Each plot receives its own title in your name.
